1. Returns

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Items such as innerwear, cosmetics, accessories, or sale/discounted products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

We allow size exchanges (for fashion/clothing items) within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

If the desired size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are non-returnable, including:

Items purchased on clearance or final sale

5. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product/package.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.
