  • Some remote locations may take extra time for delivery.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 working days (depending on location).

  • Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, festivals, or strikes).


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee (visible at checkout).


5. Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can track your package through our website under “My Orders” or via our courier partner’s tracking page.


6. Delays & Exceptions

  • In case of unforeseen delays, our team will notify you promptly.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


7. Incorrect / Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require re-shipping, and additional charges may apply.
