Return & Refund Policy

At skylinetrend.com, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items such as innerwear, cosmetics, accessories, or sale/discounted products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at care@skylinetrend.com with your order details.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days:

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method.

    • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

  • We allow size exchanges (for fashion/clothing items) within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

  • If the desired size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain categories of products are non-returnable, including:

    • Innerwear & lingerie

    • Cosmetics & personal care items

    • Customized or personalized products

    • Items purchased on clearance or final sale


5. Damaged / Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product/package.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
